William Rodriguez

Mr. Rodriguez received his law degree from Seton Hall University School of Law, where he received the Faculty Scholarship. In addition, Mr. Rodriguez received his Master of Science from the Bouve College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences, Northeastern University and his Bachelor of Science in Accounting, cum laude, from Seton Hall University.

Mr. Rodriguez has practiced law in Rochelle Park and Dover, New Jersey. He has represented individuals and businesses in various matters throughout New Jersey making appearances in Family, Civil, Special Civil, Criminal and Municipal cases. These appearances generally involved litigation, including matters resolved by negotiation, mediation and trial.

Prior to opening his law office, Mr. Rodriguez was a Special Agent with the Internal Revenue Service where he served as lead agent on numerous investigations related to income tax evasion, payroll tax evasion, false tax claims, mail and wire fraud, bank fraud, money laundering, mortgage fraud, identity theft, bankruptcy fraud and related financial crimes. As an IRS Special Agent, Mr. Rodriguez worked closely with the United States Attorney's Office and federal law enforcement agencies such as the Federal Bureau of Investigation, U.S. Postal Inspection Service, Housing and Urban Development Office of Inspector General and Homeland Security.

Mr. Rodriguez has also been a Certified Management Accountant since 1997.
